Having held progressive, key roles in just about every facet of hotels for 13 years (reception, front desk, banquets, catering, conference services, national/regional sales, global sales), I feel I'm a well-rounded, passionate professional who understands how vital every department is in providing bespoke service to the most discerning of guests. After opening and selling a diverse portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels in Los Angeles, San Diego and New York City, I currently oversee the North America Global Sales/MICE segment for all 24 Langham Hotels & Resorts worldwide. I have been privileged to learn from a legendary mentor, Mr. Horst Schulze, founder of both Ritz Carlton/Capella, and now the world class professionals at Langham.
