I am a technologist with nearly two decades of experience creating massively multiplayer online worlds and the technology platforms that support them. I have grown through the ranks, from hands on engineer and architect to an engineering leader capable of establishing a vision and directing top notch industry talent. One of the founding members of Turbine, I led the development of the company's technology platform, including Turbine's MMO game engine and back-end service platforms, building everything from highly scalable rendering engines, content creation tools, fault tolerant server back-ends, international e-commerce systems, customer service tools, and much more. After the acquisition of Turbine by Warner Bros., I led the development of a back-end technology platform intended to be used by multiple studios across Warner Bros. After 2 years at Warner Bros., I left to take a "sabbatical" and travel the world for a year; however, gaming is my passion and I have taken a role at Epic Games working on some amazing new opportunities there.
