Later, he further expanded his small business and retail experience by joining Radeackar’s Market learning all facets of the grocery business.Matt opened his first small business during high school. Take Two DJs continues to offer professional, interactive DJ entertainment to the greater St. Louis area and surrounding area.In 1993, Matt joined Anheuser-Busch where he was able to expand his skill set through an escalating variety of positions in Trade Channel Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Procurement, Brand Management, Geographic Marketing and Engineering. Additional senior management experience incudes Inventory Management, IT, Budgeting, Customer Service, Logistics, Legal & Accounting. Matt successfully managed $100M in brand management budget annually and realized over $50M cumulative savings.In 2011, Matt joined Energizer Holdings where he led national Brand and Shopper Marketing initiatives for Grocery, Home & Dollar Channels with consumer loyalty offers, coupons, CPG partnership programs and retail marketing in-store programs to drive category growth and cross-category basket sales for all lines of business.In 2014, Matt joined Momentum Worldwide directing retail strategy for Smucker's, A-B InBev & Tic Tac.Matt is also a supporter of his community. In 2009, Matt was elected by a 40% majority vote for the Grandview R-II School Board. He served two consecutive terms, most recently as Vice President. Matt was proud to serve as Grandview Alumni, giving back to the school and community and driving student achievement.Matt holds a Master's Degree in Busines Administration from Fontbonne University.
