Brian Lortie is an experienced pharmaceutical business leader with a record of significant accomplishment across the entire range of commercial, strategic, development and operational responsibilities. During his career spanning over 25 years of experience in organizations of all sizes, he has built and led successful teams ranging from small, entrepreneurial startup ventures to large country operations and business units. Brian is a results-oriented leader with a record of achievement across all key areas including commercialization, clinical development, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, supply chain, and business development. In his most recent role as President and CEO at Onspira Therapeutics, he was responsible for executive leadership of this development-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on rare pulmonary diseases. He led all activities and functions including company formation, funding, recruiting and retaining a strong team, and execution of corporate, clinical, regulatory, and intellectual property strategies. He was a co-founder of the company, and served as a member of the Board of Directors.
