EmployBridge was created from the combination of several successful staffing organizations. Formed during the mid- to late-90s as a result of several acquisitions, EmployBridge is a privately owned national leader in branded, industry-specific staffing solutions. In 1997, the company, originally formed as Staffing Resources Inc., combined its operations with Career Blazers, Inc., a New York-based staffing and permanent placement firm and became known as Career Blazers, Inc.

I am an extremely motivated and hardworking individual with a strong faith in God. My professional leadership experience and skills have been derived from my background in management, operations, sales, customer service, and recruiting. Along with my Masters in Business Administration (MBA), I bring experience from a wide variety of fields including various types of staffing/talent acquisition, psychology, research, and case management. One of my passions is for developing teams and helping them collaborate each day to achieve optimal operational efficiency. I have found success in building and retaining teams by providing transparent, respectful feedback and communication. Servant leadership has been a driving factor in this as it shows direct reports that I am more than willing to roll up my sleeves and jump right in to assist them as needed.
