With the changing nature of call center technology, I have shifted my focus to cloud-based dialers. I currently manage inbound and outbound calling using the Five9 platform, which gives me greater control than previous, premises-based, dialers. Prior to turning my attention to call center technology, I focused on inside sales and revenue retention. I have managed departments with a combination of rational analysis and encouraging leadership. Having managed all outbound operations activities, from hiring, training, evaluating, and directing, I enjoy bringing my experience to new challenges. And I simply enjoy managing a diverse team of energized people.
