Senior management experience within Consumer Insights & Media Analytics, leading cross-functional teams and organizations (insurance, banking, airline, consumer goods industries) on enterprise-wide initiatives, including customer satisfaction, consumer and website feedback programs, market research analytics, predictive analytics, reporting systems, budget preparation, application design, continuous improvement accountability. Extensive background in strategic research and advanced statistics; utilize modeling techniques and statistical methodologies, including, multivariate logistic regression, cluster analysis, discriminate analysis, conjoint analysis, factor analysis, consumer segmentation, media research and survey development to transform data into actionable insights.
