Experienced, GISP, IT leader currently providing leadership among teams and projects at Williams; My experience includes almost 20 years in Geographic Information Systems,Data Warehouses, Databases and Project Management of IT. Expertise in analysis, designing, implementing and supporting enterprise GIS solutions. My most rewarding professional experience involved leading the effort to automate the land development in the City of Houston’s ETJ. The award winning system, the Houston Plat Tracker, is a home-grown application enabling many business processes and allowing CAD and GIS to integrate seamlessly. Currently, I'm serving on the Board of PODS Association (pods.org) as the Secretary and on the Board of the Local DAMA Houston Chapter. (houston.dama.org). Some of my skills includes GIS projects, data management, application development projects, open data policy,civic innovation, database and people management, data warehouse, data marts, location intelligence, process design and improvement using information and technology; ETL, Oracle RDBMS; SQL Server database, ArcGIS Desktop and Server SDE, local government and technology budgets and purchases; government revolving, capital and general fund models; budget allocation, ELA negotiations, GIS Vision and Leadership.
