As Ecolab’s Director of End User Experience and Support, I oversee a diverse team of highly skilled engineers to build solutions and deliver outcomes viewed from the customer’s perspective. I drive strategy, global process alignment, and delivery of Office 365, Enterprise Collaboration, Device as a Service, Identity Management, and End-User Support Services for approximately 47,000 end users in 170 countries. I began my career in IT management with Morgan Stanley and RBC, focused on the customer’s needs, and I continue that leadership today. Not your typical IT leader, I have a master’s degree in Divinity. My unique background has allowed me to leverage skills and insights to be an imaginative problem solver, advisor, strategic thinker, formidable negotiator, and eloquent speaker adept at expressing technical concepts in human terms. Previously an IT Manager at EV3/Covidien and Guidant/Boston Scientific, I was responsible for ITIL Service Desk and end-user support services for employees across the United States. Recognized as a collaborative team builder and compassionate technology leader, I create exceptional end-user and customer experiences and process efficiencies. I have a proven ability to plan, organize and drive technical teams to deliver digital solutions at an enterprise scale.
