Currently, Anne is a Managing Director & Partner at Eagle Capital Management, LLC. She is also a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, Anne was the CEO & President of Vista Research, which was acquired by Guidepoint Global in May 2009. Prior to Vista Research, Anne was Managing Director / co-founder of the Cedar Street Group, a venture capital firm which she co-founded in early 2001. The Cedar Street Group invested in private, early-to-middle stage companies in the areas of healthcare, education, travel, consumer, technology and retail technology. From November 1999 until co-founding the Cedar Street Group, Anne was Vice President, Corporate Development for Walker Digital Corporation (the parent company of priceline.com), where she was responsible for developing commercialization opportunities within the Walker Digital intellectual property portfolio. As part of her responsibilities at Walker Digital, she was Vice President-Finance and the Acting CFO of the Priceline WebHouse Club. From November 1996 to May 1999, Anne was a Vice President in the Global Healthcare Group for J.P. Morgan, where she advised biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and capital raising opportunities. From 1994 to 1996, Anne worked as an Associate Director in the Worldwide Licensing & Acquisition Group for Johnson & Johnson. Her responsibilities at Johnson & Johnson included identifying, negotiating and executing strategic opportunities in the areas of biotechnology, women's healthcare and consumer products. From 1989 - 1992, Anne was an Analyst in the Corporate Finance and Fixed Income Groups at Goldman Sachs. Anne graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in political science and received a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1994.
