Whether it’s a new or established enterprise, my greatest professional sense of achievement comes from envisioning what a business could be, laying the foundation to make it reality, setting a course and then developing, inspiring and leading people to achieve the vision.. Who I am: I bring a constant desire to win and a competitive spirit. I enjoy competing with the best and believe that continuous improvement can be achieved by observing on all fronts, validating theories with facts and inspiring teams to achieve. I'm fascinated with tomorrow and passionate about achieving a unified vision of what we can accomplish rather than accepting the status quo. I challenge myself, my teams and others to envision ways to constantly improve - and then act decisively to achieve the vision.. I evaluate both realities and possibilities in order to find the best route. This provides me the vision necessary to see the whole field and approach from the right strategic perspective. In my current role: I lead a diverse department and management team in the development, implementation and evaluation of Human Capital strategies focused on organizational design, organizational effectiveness and leadership development that produce a winning culture and the foundation for driving sustained, profitable growth.
