Her blue chip agency experience spans 12 years working with leading public relations agencies such as Burson Marstellar, Hill & Knowlton and Bell Pottinger Good Relations. Karen also worked for three years in-house with Tesco, where she was involved in a variety of communications and brand building campaigns. Having progressed to Board Director level in 2003, Karen went on to fulfill Interim Management roles from 2005 to 2011. Embracing the concept of interim and freelance working, Karen applied her skills and expertise to new sectors and communications challenges, including working for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games.
