I am a strong communicator utilizing tact and diplomacy to affect positive change for both employees and the organization. Objectives include creating opportunities for leaders and managers to feel empowered to enhance their workforce with innovative solutions to grow and sustain their businesses. My areas of interest include: human resources consulting, training and development, talent management, employee relations, and succession planning.
