20 plus years in the food/retail industry has allowed me to develop into a leader that strives on strategic development and team leadership . I excel in building and deploying programs both large and small. With the ever changing landscape of the food industry, I am adaptable, solution oriented and have a strong work ethic. Building and leading teams to execute high quality work is my passion. I believe in creating avenues of growth for my direct reports while maintains a culturally supportive environment. I am goal driven and thrive on hard work to get to where I need to be.
