I am an architect with over 35 years’ experience in architecture, construction, and project management. I have held project management, resident engineering, construction administration and technical evaluation roles on large-scale public and private projects including; Projects of National importance and significance surrounding the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attacks, and High-Profile design projects that include corporate state of the art high tech and life science manufacturing facilities with 24/7 critical operation and automated and redundant N+1 building systems. I provide strong leadership, management, technical and code knowledge, architectural design, and mentoring on projects from schematic design to project closeout. I embrace strong collaboration and partnering with the design team to solve critical design issues in both the studio and the field, while providing creative and award winning architectural design solutions. My success as an architect is directly attributed to over 10 years of construction experience gained prior to entering the architectural profession. My construction background ranges from company owner, supervisor, estimator, foreman and builder on residential and commercial projects which allowed me to achieve a highly technical understanding of building, ADA and energy codes, building systems, material selection’s and their applications.
