Caroline has more than 20 years of software engineering experience and has served in a variety of roles during that time including web developer, quality assurance automation and performance engineer, data science specialist, and product manager within various mid-sized and large organizations, both public and private, including Federal Express, Vignette Corporation (now OpenText), 360Commerce (now a division of Oracle), Home Depot, Zilliant, WP Engine, Dosh, and Cardlytics. In past roles, she was responsible for simultaneously contributing to and leading the quality assurance efforts on multiple, large-scale releases spanning a variety of web-based technology platforms and software products. While at Zilliant, Caroline architected and deployed Zilliant’s initial release of a data quality and analytics platform to support ongoing analysis of customer data input and output files in her role as Data Science Specialist. Caroline then served as Visual Analytics Product Manager for the MarginMax product suite at Zilliant, Inc. and was responsible for requirements gathering, development, and performance of the standard product visualizations and data sources for numerous customer deployments that use Zilliant's hosted SaaS price optimization solution. Previously, she served as Sr. Product Manager at WP Engine, overseeing the Intelligence Apps for Marketers and Developers who use WP Engine's platform. Today, Caroline is VP of Product Management at Cardlytics, heading up Publisher products for our large FI partners and consumer rewards experience. Caroline graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Management Information Systems (BCIS) at the University of North Texas and completed portions of undergraduate coursework at both the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business.
