I am a husband to one, a father to three, a sibling to nine, and an uncle to many. These roles allow me to experience life as a partner, collaborator, leader, nurturer, follower and spectator, all of which are valuable in the work I do of change, transition and leadership. I have a thorough understanding of manufacturing, having spent 35 years in “big steel”. I started in Engineering and had multiple careers having also worked in Maintenance Technology, Maintenance, Learning and Development, Purchasing, Organizational Development and World Class Operations Management (WCOM). As a leader in many of these roles, this uniquely positions me to help clients, no matter what their manufacturing domain is.
