I’m a leader with a strong track record of P/L responsibilities. My bread and butter is driving growth and scaling business through clear strategic thinking, effective execution and engaged people. Currently I’m leading Oiva isännöinti to be the market leader that transforms the whole property management industry. Oiva was created just a little over one year ago. We have tripled our top line from 10 M€ to 31M€ - driven mainly by successful M&A. We started from operating mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area and now we have a great team of over 300 property management professionals operating in 11 cities across Finland. We have a solid foundation for further growth with a strong and committed team and with an operating model that is based on excellent local service supported by the development capabilities of a big company (e.g. in digitalization). Past stories: * Growing DNA’s broadband business from the smallest player in the market to the market leader * Transformation of DNA’s TV business from traditional pay-tv into an ecosystem based open service and at the same time increasing profitability by building up a better position in the value chain with M&A and with well-played negotiations * Building a new service/business around smart energy (Wattinen)
