Under his leadership, DMS has achieved incredible year-over-year growth, which has earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 list in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Over the past 16 years Fernando has established himself as a dynamic marketer, revenue driver, and problem solver with broad experience working with startup, mid-size, and Fortune companies to create results-driven performance advertising solutions. In 2016, Fernando co-captained Team DMS with company CEO Joe Marinucci to overall victory in Race Across America (RAAM) while also raising over $50,000 in support of St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
