Natalia is the Head of Studio for Disney Interactive in Kelowna, BC. Responsible for the smooth operation and health of the studio, Natalia’s focus is - first and foremost - the people. With a Masters degree in Business Psychology, Natalia is an accomplished Leader with extensive knowledge of employment law, recruitment, employee engagement and development. Having held a number of leadership roles within Human Resources supporting employees in the United Kingdom, Canada and the USA; Natalia is able to recruit, train and motivate others to provide a high level of service whilst optimising company performance - and having a whole lot of fun doing it! A keen interest in business development and operational efficiency motivates and drives Natalia to seek opportunities for Company growth. Natalia makes decisions that are aligned with the Company's strategic direction while maintaining the integrity of internal values, policies and practices. Having grown up in South Africa, worked in both Europe and North America, Natalia is able to connect and adapt to meet the needs of her audience.
