I oversee the entire Finance function across all group entities of Zeta, Radix and Titan businesses which have a global presence. I have hands on experience in building and managing the finance function catering to various stages of organizational growth - from startup to full scale established business. Have been closely working with promoters on strategic initiatives, dealing with investors, key stakeholders and have independently handled negotiations with potential acquisition targets. My work experience includes : * Handling Corp development, FP&A, Global taxation, Financial reporting, Treasury, Legal and Secretarial functions across multiple entities worldwide * Planning and setting up corporate structures, driving MnA transactions, business as well as capital restructuring activities * Leading and concluding several equity funding transactions by strategic investors as well as leading PE players. * Hiring some of the best finance talent, establishing best in class processes and accounting systems.
