Based in DHR's Denver office, Jennifer’s portfolio of search experience includes C-suite and senior-level engagements for a distinctive variety of organizations, membership associations and foundations across the sports, entertainment, not-for-profit and higher education industries. Jennifer is passionate about recruiting mission-driven leaders who embrace the culture of their organizations.Jennifer has led efforts to recruit senior administrative leadership and professional school deans and vice chancellors, including engineering, business, research and the arts.Prior to joining DHR International, Jennifer was a consultant with another prominent executive search firm where she was a member of the not-for-profit, education and sports leadership practices.Before starting her career in executive search, Jennifer was a partner with Conquest Sales Group, where she advised companies on how to expand their reach in sports and event sponsorship with a national audience. Clients included for-profit and non-profit organizations as well as professional athletes.Early in her career, Jennifer worked in the sports television business for Jack Nicklaus Productions, a television production company based in Los Angeles. In this role, she led marketing and sales operations for the company's televised events.Jennifer is an accomplished athlete and avid sports fan. She was team captain and All-American for the University of Southern California’s Women’s Golf Team, where she earned a Bachelor of Science from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. She also holds a certificate from Cornell University from the Advanced Program for Executive Search Consulting.
