Information Technology Business Manager
I am a business manager in the IT department at Denver Health. I primarily oversee the department's $100 million budget as well as contract management. I supervise a team of three employees and together we support the senior management staff (including the CIO, CMIO and the CTO) as well as overseeing the processing of approximately $6 million a month in invoices, purchases and contracts. My team provides administrative and human resource support to the department's approximate 300 employees.
