I’m a firm believer in working with people to make a difference. Leading by coaching and mentoring my team has been essential to my success, while fostering innovation for improved outcomes. As an experienced executive leader across several Australian listed companies, I've effectively led the development, implementation and management of the listed investor relations, communications (external and internal) and sustainability/ESG strategies. I'm passionate about driving change and committed to diversity and inclusion, with a particular emphasis on LGBTI+ and indigenous awareness. At my most recent role, I played a key role in driving the integration of material ESG factors across the group into annual reporting and was actively involved in the activities of the Board ESG Committee. This resulted in the promotion of the group's key financial and non-financial drivers, demonstrating the long-term value creation for all stakeholders. I was also a member of the Executive team and an AFSL Responsible Manager across a number of entities registered with ASIC.
