Denver Community Credit Union is a financial services company which is a not-for-profit financial cooperative serving the people of Denver, Adams, Jefferson and Arapahoe Counties.

I have credit union experience in data analytics, branding, strategic marketing, financial education, community relations, strategic planning, training, public speaking, and technology integration. In 2015, the Mountain West Credit Union Association (MWCUA) recognized me with the Emerging Leader Award in the Colorado-Wyoming-Arizona area. In 2016, Denver Community CU won the Credit Union of the Year Award from MWCUA. I lead the department that won the 2014 Community Impact Award for its comprehensive Clear Money financial education program. Since 2013, as VP of Marketing and Education at Denver Community Credit Union, I and my team have: • Renewed the brand, working with all departments of the credit union • Initiated multi-channel onboarding that increased products and services for new members by 14.6% • Refreshed the SEM program managed by vendor and team to produce 33% increase in impressions and 42% decrease is cost per click • Increased number of online member applications in 2016 by 26% • Worked with lending and accounting to set-up live check program with 3.01% response rate and 497% ROI in first campaign • Networked and coordinated with key partners; Invited to speak at FDIC regional economic forum on innovative products & services • Rebuilt the website for mobile adaptability and the new brand I love the credit union movement and believe that it is a critical part of our local and national economy. The movement enables people and communities to take that next step to success. As managers and stewards of our credit unions, we consistently focus on improving our organizations to serve our members and our communities.
