His practice focuses on a broad range of IP matters, covering the filing, management, exploitation (licensing) and enforcement of IP rights including patents, designs, trade marks and trade secrets. These activities are conducted before national and international patent offices as well as the English Courts. Justin and his team are known as patent opposition specialists and are regularly engaged on behalf of patent holders and opponents in opposition and appeal proceeding at the European Patent Office. Justin is a tier 1 European Patent Attorney and a Patent Attorney Litigator. He has a first class hons degree and a Ph.D. from Imperial College.
