I've always been passionate about finding tomorrow's top talent – and now I'm doing just that for the law firm of the future! Having previously recruited graduates in financial services and accountancy, I've developed a good eye for spotting the future stars and that ever elusive competency - commercial awareness. I even did a stint of volume recruitment for a fantastic values-based credit union in beautiful Vancouver, which was a once in a lifetime experience. Coupling that with my role at the global law firm Dentons, I am able to work effectively with colleagues the world over, even when the time differences make for late night conference calls!
