DELWP manages Victoriaâ€™s water resources in partnership with a network of government agencies and water authorities. We manage groundwater, catchments and waterways, infrastructure, water saving and re-use projects, flood management, governance and water legislation. Our expertise ranges from river hydrology and environmental science to water engineering, planning and specialist industry technologies.
David Adams has worked in the Environment and Natural Resources Sector for 27 years. David offers a range of expertise and a wealth of experience in applied geographic information management for environmental outcomes, he is also a clear communicator and good listener. He has a clear focus on topics: * Information Sharing to deliver shared outcomes * Change Management expertise within business and project * Staff Management across projects and programs * Expertise in Environmental Information Project development and management. * Applied use of Geographic information for environmental decision making * Ability to link strategy and project details Sectoral - NRM, Forest Management Planning and Inventory, Carbon, Climate Change Adaption David has also worked for a total of 12 months in Timor-Leste between 2002-2010, undertaking 4 x 3 month projects across Agriculture, Forests, Land Use and GIS.
