He helped increase the hospital’s year-over-year net income 80.0% in 2003, 21.4% in 2004, and 60.6% in 2005.- He authored the strategic plan for Kaiser Permanente in Washington DC/Baltimore that created its partnership with Johns Hopkins.- He co-created a successful 2-year $67 million turnaround plan and initiative monitoring system for Medica Health Plan.- He recruited and managed 2 dozen subspecialty cardiovascular physicians across 6 hospitals and more than 50 outpatient centers and clinics at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. He standardized and integrated organizational processes, systems, contracts, compensation plans, technologies, data and reports to enable and support common service line administration. He was instrumental in helping WFH acquire The Wisconsin Heart Hospital, convert it to not-for-profit status and integrate it into the system.- He provided Bundled Payment subject matter expertise, project management support, MS-DRG data analysis and CMS application support for a national client's hospitals in more than a dozen markets.- He planned and facilitated the group purchasing integration of 3 major healthcare systems consisting of more than 40 hospitals in 7 states.- He planned and opened Charter Hospital of Milwaukee, an 80-bed for-profit specialty hospital, as a member of the hospital's start-up team.
