“In order to lead, be willing to serve,” is a motto I live by. I believe leaders become the example of what is acceptable. In order to build trust, I not only lead by example, I set the course. I know listening and demonstrating a sincere curiosity for a problem is the basis to developing a solution. I’m passionate about bringing people together to uncover solutions. As a results-driven communications manager, I’ve engaged in a variety of activities that have delivered results. I’ve developed a communications strategy for new clinics, physician practices, and employee recruiting. I’ve organized impactful community service projects around the nation. I’ve led strategic planning courses; developed media plans; and utilized a wide range of technology to deliver presentations to large groups, both internal and external. I have many years of experience working with the necessary tools to improve communications. I often review Google Analytics and design marketing material using Adobe programs. I’ve used WordPress to create new websites; created and scheduled social media campaigns using Hootsuite; and tackled reviews with the help of Binary Fountain. I enjoy discovering and using new marketing tools that improve efficiency and deliver impactful results. No matter what the problem is, I enjoy being the leader on a team that brings people together to solve the problem.
