As a healthcare leader, I want to solve our patients' pain points, whether that means providing actionable data and recommendations to our physicians, reducing office wait times, or exploring new technology or tools to provide a better patient experience. As a servant leader, I am passionate about developing people, and I want my teams to know they each have a voice and they can count on me. I have had the opportunity to take on different leadership roles and have developed experience in EMR / PM system implementations, physician practice acquisitions, and data analytics.
