Employee Services and Payroll Manager

DAA's principal activities include the operation and management of Dublin and Cork airports and global airport retailing.

Accoutability for directing & developing a team of 8 together with lifecycle management of continuous improvement initiatives and on-going streamlining of process and policy in support of customers and partners. Development & delivery of KPI's, metrics and reports, while working closely with the daa HR team and leveraging the use of LANdesk to enable automation of key metrics. Providing value-add advisory and analytical support to business users across a variety of specialist areas encompassing compensation & benefits,pensions,recruitment, employee on-boarding, payroll and all aspects of the people process are key to my role. Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and Revenue requirements at all times while placing the customer at the front and centre of everything I do. Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation overseeing processing & payment of multiple payrolls for circa 3000 employees.
