I have over 20+ years recruiting expertise from national to local recruiting on various levels and industries. I gained my early executive experience in retail sales and operations where I held management positions, field and corporate, with well know national retailers such as Ann Taylor, Eddie Bauer and Victoria’s Secret. In recruiting, I started my career in retained search with Kenzer Corporation and then went on to my own recruiting and human resource consulting business for several years. Next I continued to the corporate side of recruiting, as a Recruiting Manager for Disneyland Resorts, Parks, Restaurants, Retail and Hotels in Anaheim. Participated in the hiring for Disney California Adventure. I then joined CyberCoders as a Senior Executive Recruiter. With CyberCoders my search experience included the disciplines of Technology, Sales, Merchandising, Manufacturing, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Human Resources. I am very well versed recruiting on every level, entry to C level executives. In 2015 I went to MaxLinear as a Recruiter in the Corporate Headquarters in Carlsbad and Irvine Design Center focusing on finding technology engineers and professionals.
