Seasoned financial professional and attorney who founded two investment firms to serve financial institutions and their clients, specifically, CFS for credit unions and SPF for regional and local banks. Holds multiple licenses: S4 (Registered Options Principal), S7 (Full Registration/General Securities Representative), S24 (General Securities Principal), and S27 (Financial and Operations Principal) with NASD, and is registered as a broker-dealer agent (AG) and investment advisor representative (RA) in California. In the last 15 years, the companies have grown from small start-ups to leading service providers in the financial institutions industry, generating consistently higher revenues year over year, and employing more than 120 staffers and 400 registered representatives. Our efforts and guidance of our executive management team have grown CFS and SPF to be fair-minded, collaborative companies that empower employees to be their best, to participate in the planning and development of the company and to share in the successes.
