I am a highly motivated, hardworking, and dependable Quality Service Representative and Navy veteran with 24 years of experience in managing data integrity. 12 years of functional knowledge of office procedures with the capacity to work within a variety of organizational structures including higher education. My military experience has helped reinforce my skills in leadership, team building, and communicating with diverse audiences. Recently completed my undergraduate degree in Criminology and Justice Studies, which will enhance my ability to analyze information, problems, conditions, and statistical data and solve problems with a collaborative, ethical mindset.
