I am a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for Wolters Kluwer gaining experience in manual and automated testing in the financial services area. I previously was a developer and systems analyst for 17 years working for a large direct sales scrapbooking company, Creative Memories. I bring to the table many years of experience developing, installing, and administrating systems from a large 4-Terabyte SAP/Oracle/AIX ERP, to building interfaces for various systems utilizing .NET and ABAP. I enjoy new challenges, so I am excited to get into another aspect of software development - testing. I am glad to have had the learning experiences in my previous roles, and I am challenged to put those into practice in my new role. On the side, I have a small consulting business to help local small businesses meet their IT needs like removing viruses, fixing network problems, developing small apps, or repairing a laptop. I find that keeps my customer services skill current, and my IT skills fresh. I am known as being reliable and a self-starter with a compassion to find solutions to meet the needs of the business.
