High performing healthcare executive interested in continued ability to impact the healthcare of the communities I serve in a positive manner by leading the organization in achieving desired outcomes of financial sustainability, program development and growth, high patient satisfaction and high employee/provider satisfaction. In my leadership journey, I have received six promotions since 2008 each expanding scope and impact to the local hospital and the system. Recently, Cox Monett achieved multiple year growth in key service lines and improved financial results leading to approval to build $42 million replacement hospital centralizing three primary care clinics and a specialty surgical practice which opened January 2021. In my tenure as president, Cox Monett has been named Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work four consecutive years, 5-star CMS rated in patient experience and consistently score above national benchmark for employee satisfaction. In January, 2022 I was promoted to an enterprise wide role of Vice President of Clinical Services with executive oversite of a level 1 emergency department, air care and ground critical care program, prehospital ambulance services, surgical and orthopedic trauma, orthopedic service line, TCD program, rehabilitation therapies, bariatrics and fitness centers.
