Proven track record of: successful project management; communicating to stakeholders and a variety of audiences; delivering effective and compliant technology infrastructure and operations with excellent customer service; team member development and engagement; and designing/re-engineering processes, workflows and technology solutions for cross departmental improvement. Strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify and lead major initiatives within the IT department to continually improve the ability to contribute to the overall success of the organization’s mission, vision and values. Able to deliver results on time and within budget while maintaining security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all systems and information.
