Leading people to success is only possible through investment of time and energy in their development; after 9 consecutive years of income growth in a sales capacity, I was awarded the opportunity to get into sales management at Staples Contract and Commercial Division. This experience propelled me into an exciting and rewarding career in sales management, where I have consistently exceeded expectations, growing my business by double digits, year over year, for multiple consecutive years. My favorite part of sales management is watching the people I work with have that "A-HA" moment, seeing them get promoted, and celebrating our mutual victories! Of course, being in the field enables me to see what the team is doing right and where they could use some suggestions. I also enjoy having input into process and culture. I'm experienced at planning and conducting sales training and field coaching, and am dedicated to the growth and development of the people I work with and for - as well as my own.
