Scott Pustizzi has twenty years of progressive experience in Operations, Business Development and Human Resources with strategic focus in talent acquisition, risk management, integration and financial synergies, employee relations, health and wellness, and HR technologies and applications. Currently works as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Correct Care Solutions (CCS) in Nashville, TN and previously at MEDNAX, GEO Group and Publix Supermarkets. Scott is accountable for the development, implementation and coordination of human resources policies and practices throughout the company and works directly with executive management on new business, client retention, mergers and acquisitions. In his role with CCS, Scott is responsible for the strategic human resources, labor relations, labor forecasting, benefits administration and talent acquisition initiatives for the company. Scott and his team's focus is to align HR initiatives with the business and adapt the delievery of HR support accordingly. Scott has extensive experience in managing successful facility and project activations and transitions in heavily regulated healthcare environments. He has successfully deployed teams and resources to align corporate and regional employment and operational policies in various integrations and acquisitions. Previous experience includes various roles in operations, business development and human resources with large public and private companies such as MEDNAX, GEO Group, Publix Super Markets and Rexall Sundown as well as consulting and sales with Human Capital Management and Pure Safety. Scott is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and International Business at Florida International University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Atlantic University, with specific emphasis in human resources management and industrial relations.
