Everything is possible with technology and that's why I love technology and working with it every day. It's not about using the newest gadget, navigating a new website or working with a software application, it's understanding out how it works and creating ways to make it better. There is nothing more exciting than taking an idea and transforming it into a high quality software application. Working closely with development teams to guide them through the development process is where I excel. Team success is critical to any software project and keeping a team focused, on target and excited about what they are doing to impact the world makes working in software development exhilarating. I'm a mainframe evangelist and I understand the significant role the mainframe computing plays in the world today. Providing companies with the ability to take full advantage of mainframe technology is something that is needed in the industry today. The idea that the mainframe is antiquated and not relevant to the new technologies of today is just wrong and IT leaders letting that idea direct business decisions will struggle to find success in the digital economy and the internet of things. I'm an innovative leader that maintains focus on the current challenges while keeping an eye on the future opportunities. Innovation in the mainframe space is challenging but rewarding when you get it right. Mainframe technology is going to be a part of the IT world for many years to company and finding ways to use this massive amount of computing power to improve business is a challenge.
