As the Head of Corporate Procurement Sourcing Facilities & Logistics at Commerzbank in Frankfurt, Germany, I am responsible for an expert team delivering strategic sourcing projects with a focus on excellent supplier relationships and category management in the product groups FM, Logistics, and Market Data. My passion is procurement digital transformation & purchasing performance optimization. When I joined Commerzbank in June 2012 I looked back at 16 years procurement consulting & BPO experience with Accenture. I am specialised in procurement transformation projects with leading expertise in strategic sourcing, business process outsourcing, Source to Contract and Procure to Pay shared services. In numerous international projects I managed procurement outsourcing teams onsite and nearshore. My focus has been on procurement BPO solution design & implementation as well as line management in cooperation with the retained organizations.
