•Process high-volume vendor payments accurately and timely from multiple accounts including EFT’s, Wires, Ach and check payments •Daily reconciliation of JP Morgan cash activity along with journal entry •Monthly reconciliation of all Corporate Bank Accounts •Monthly Journal Entries to assist with Month End close •Create JP Morgan wire templates and execute wires •Reconciliation of Accounts Payable monthly registers •Back up for Accounts Payable department including execution of payments by check, wire and ACH. Transmit Positive Pay files and release to bank. •Maintains Vendor Master Database in PeopleSoft for the Accounts Payable module used by Corporate and Plant Accounts Payable departments. Update daily for new vendors, address changes, banking changes, credit limits and customer certifications •Built database to track and archives all financial records off site •Track all cash entries and bank exceptions •Upload and archive all Accounting Dept. financial reports to CCS. •Record payment activity for Treasury department to use as a tool for cash forecasting. •Prepare daily deposit of miscellaneous and Accounts Receivable checks. • Run DNB business reports as needed. •Complete expense reports and manage calendar •Manage office supplies and equipment •Computer support coordinator responsible for training of finance department in Microsoft Office 2007 COMPUTER SKILLS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Oracle PeopleSoft, Quick Books, ADP PC Payroll for Windows, Axis 3.5, Advisorchannel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Skype
