Along with sales and IT management experience, Tim has more than 20 years of business system design, development and implementation experience. He has designed and implemented ERP and CRM systems, and led collaborative business systems projects involving customizations, integrations, and business process automation. Prior to joining CohnReznick he developed the CRM and SharePoint practices at 3D CIOs and Grace-Hunt, was CIO of REON Broadband, and North American Sales Manager at Cognex. He has designed and built many custom web sites, including the original implementation of Norm Abram's New Yankee Workshop (www.newyankee.com). He began his business systems career as a sales engineer at GRiD Systems and a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. Recent projects: - CRM Online implementation involving integration and synchronization with custom Oracle application. Project highlights include custom .Net web services and sales and opportunity management workflow for multiple business units. - Multi-business unit CRM implementation for international energy management firm including custom .Net web service integration to Dynamics SL (Solomon) and extensive JQuery and JavaScript user interface modifications. - CRM Online implementation with extensive migration and customizations to sales and customer service entities, workflow and process automation, and implementation of marketing and the resource availability / service calendar (based on team skill sets). - Call center scripting / implementation of dialogs for national insurance carrier. Intensive use of conditional branch logic to manage the insurance sales qualification process. - Multi-channel CRM implementation for an on-line university involving the transition from a legacy CRM application to MS-CRM, extensive .Net customizations, integrations with internal and external vendors, real-time assignment of leads, the development of the sales process, and the integration to campus management application.
