As a dynamic business leader, I excel in commercializing game-changing products and using data to drive top- and bottom-line impact. Known as a lateral thinker and visionary strategist, I excel in creating actionable plans to open revenue channels, optimize product development, and create value for clients and partners through innovative technology and Lean, Agile, and DevOps projects/programs. I am proud to lead Coca-Cola Company’s Freestyle Innovation Center, directing 100+ team members in managing Cloud services, data engineering, hardware, and software for this global drink dispensary business unit. My team controls R&D and product management for clients and business partners operating 50,000 machines in 17 countries worldwide. We are continuously analyzing data collected from our machines to identify consumer preferences and market trends among the 200+ options our machines offer consumers. As a result, we can deliver insights that benefit planning and decision-making for our customers and Coca-Cola at the enterprise level. Earlier at Coca-Cola, I provided leadership and direction for marketing, commercial, public affairs, HR, sustainability, R&D, product quality, global labs, and more for 16 international business units. My achievements in that role focused on optimizing media/marketing spend by using analytics to track and measure performance while supporting knowledge share through a common repository for marketing assets developed by 6,000 agencies worldwide. Other success stories at Coca-Cola include leading major digital programs for the Superbowl, FIA World Cup, Olympics, Music My Coke Rewards, and more and driving development and launch of hundreds of corporate websites in multiple languages. Early in my career, I assumed business and technology leadership roles in multiple start-up situations, including defining the product strategy to launch Onstar Europe; transitioning a consumer app company for European mobile from angel funding to distributor agreements to launch; and directing technical teams in delivering an early location-aware mobile service with user interfaces for the Internet, WAP, and voice platforms.
