I specialise in property re/insurance matters with a particular emphasis on engineering, construction, energy and C/BI business lines. I am called to the Bar in England & Wales and am registered to practise in Singapore. I have 16 years experience and have been based in Singapore since June 2010, with a practice encompassing the whole of Asia Pacific. I have acted for re/insurers in respect of contentious and non-contentious matters. I act for clients in the U.K., Singapore, Japan, Southeast Asia (particularly Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam), Australia, New Zealand and India. In all matters I provide thorough and expedient legal advice, which is both strategic and commercially sensible. In contentious matters I represent clients in negotiations, mediation, arbitration and commercial litigation in the national courts.
