Andrew Kessel served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Clinton Foundation from 2004 to February 2022, having played a leadership role in managing the growth of the Foundation as it transitioned from being focused on the establishment of the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, AR to a global foundation engaged in major initiatives around the world. Andrew graduated from the Wharton School in 1978 and spent seventeen years on Wall Street as a Trader and Trading Manager focused on Mortgage and Asset-Backed Securities, with Barclays PLC, Kidder Peabody and Citigroup. After moving to Little Rock in 1998 and was involved in the Bio-Ventures Incubator at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, before acting as Comptroller for General Wesley Clark’s Presidential Bid in 2003-2004, and then joining the Clinton Foundation for the next 18 years.
