I have a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. This degree is very versatile and allows me to use my education in various fields. I previously worked as an HR Generalist II with a focus in the day to day administration and management of Leave of Absence, Workers Compensation, and restriction/ADA interactive accommodations. I left this position about a year ago due to COVID issues. We then decided to move back towards the Atlanta area. In addition to my extensive education, I have developed an invaluable set of skills and knowledge from my current and previous employers. Now that we have settled in our new location, I hope to expand on these assets with a company that will allow me to take my career to the next level.
