Allison heads the permanent staff of the Insurance Institute of London. The Institute has well over 24,000 members and has it has grown 50% in the last 5 years. Allison is responsible for all aspects of running and promoting the Institute and assists and advises the Officers, Council and Committees.Her role encompasses governance, AGM and committee work, financial overview and responsibility for the Institute's renowned lecture, educational visits and professional networking events programmes. She also directs the production of the Institute's research publications and the Institute's Journal.
