Based in Wilmington, DE, Christiana Care Health System is one of the largest health care providers in the mid-Atlantic region.

As a marketing communications professional for about 30 years, Karen has extensive experience in CEO and executive communications, which includes coaching and counseling leaders in all aspects of marketing and employee communications, strategic communications planning, media relations, brand strategy, and crisis management. With excellent interpersonal skills, Karen has the proven ability to create and implement strategies which include traditional and digital tools to drive growth and achieve business results. For the past 5 years Karen has also been teaching a communications course for leaders to help improve their communication/engagement with employees.
